Medical aesthetics, thoughtfully practised.

I’m a Medical Aesthetics Practitioner in Ipswich, offering personalised treatments with a focus on safety, careful assessment and natural-looking results.

Every treatment begins with a consultation to discuss your concerns, goals and the options available to you.

  • Medically qualified
  • Prescriber-led
  • Consultation before every treatment

Aesthetic treatment is a medical procedure. I assess your health, your medication and your anatomy before anything else — because knowing when not to treat matters as much as knowing how.

01

Clinical background

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Medical Aesthetics Practitioner, I bring a healthcare-led approach to every consultation and treatment, with careful consideration of your health, medication, wellbeing and individual needs.

02

Honest assessment

Good treatment starts with honest advice. If something isn’t right for you, I’ll say so. We’ll focus on what genuinely suits your features, your goals and the result you want to achieve.

03

Natural by design

The best results shouldn’t look overdone. I work with your features, not against them, using a precise and measured approach to create fresh, balanced results that still feel like you.

A medical approach,
with a personal feel.

I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Medical Aesthetics Practitioner based in Ipswich.

My healthcare background has shaped the way I practise aesthetics — listen first, assess properly, and never treat just for the sake of treating.

For me, good aesthetics isn’t about changing how you look. It’s about understanding what’s bothering you, working with your natural features and creating a result that feels right for you.

Every appointment is one-to-one, unhurried and built around honest advice.

If I think a treatment will help, I’ll explain why. If I don’t think it’s right for you, I’ll tell you that too.

What I offer

Every treatment begins with a consultation. Suitability, dose and plan are agreed there — never over a message.

01

Anti-wrinkle treatments

A prescription-only muscle relaxant, placed in small, measured doses to soften the lines that form from repeated expression. Used carefully, the same medicine can also ease the way particular muscles pull on the face.

Forehead & frown lines
The horizontal lines across the brow, and the vertical lines between them.
Crow’s feet
The lines that fan out from the outer corners of the eyes.
Bunny lines & nose scrunch
The creases that appear across the bridge of the nose when you scrunch it.
Gummy smile
Softens the lift of the upper lip, so less gum shows when you smile.
Pebbled chin
Relaxes the mentalis muscle, which can give the chin a dimpled, orange-peel texture.
Downturned smile
Eases the DAO muscle that pulls the corners of the mouth downwards.
Prescription-only Face-to-face consultation required
02

Filler treatments

Subtle changes can make a real difference.

Dermal fillers can restore volume, refine shape and bring more balance to your features. Every treatment is tailored to your anatomy, your goals and the result you want — never a one-size-fits-all approach.

The aim? Definition where you want it, softness where you need it, and a result that still looks like you.

Hyaluronic acid Dissolvable if required
03

Jaw, neck & facial concerns

Small details can change the way the whole face feels.

Whether you’re looking for more definition, better balance or want to discuss concerns such as jaw clenching, your consultation is where we start.

I’ll assess your facial structure, listen to what’s bothering you and talk you through the options that may be suitable.

Masseter reduction & jawline slimming
Softening the bulk of the chewing muscle at the angle of the jaw, which can slim a square jawline.
Bruxism & jaw clenching
The same muscle treated to ease habitual clenching and grinding.
Nefertiti neck lift
Targets the lower jawline and upper neck area to sharpen definition along the jaw.
Platysmal bands
The vertical cords that run down the front of the neck and stand out with age.
Prescription-only Assessed case by case

More than aesthetics

Some concerns need a more clinical conversation.

If you’re experiencing issues such as excessive sweating, jaw clenching or another concern with a medical element, we can explore it properly during consultation.

No assumptions. No rushed decisions. Just a thorough assessment and clear advice on what may be appropriate for you.

These are assessed on clinical need rather than appearance, and I may ask you to speak to your GP before I treat.

Hyperhidrosis
Excessive sweating — most often treated in the underarms, where antiperspirants haven’t helped.
Migraine relief
Used as a preventative treatment for adults who get headaches on most days of the month.
Prescription-only Medical assessment required

Four steps, no surprises

No treatment starts with a syringe. It starts with a conversation — about what is bothering you, what you would like to change, and whether treatment is the right answer at all.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A proper conversation about what’s bothering you and what you want to change. Free, and with no obligation to book.

  2. 02

    Assessment

I review your medical history, medication and allergies, and assess your facial structure — because knowing when not to treat matters as much as knowing how.

  3. 03

    Your plan

I set out what is realistic, what it involves, what it costs and what the alternatives are — including doing nothing. You take that away and think about it.

  4. 04

    Treatment & aftercare

Carried out in clinic under sterile conditions, talking you through each step as I go. You leave with written aftercare instructions, and a follow-up to check the result has settled. If anything concerns you before then, you contact me directly.

Real patients. Real results.

Every face is different, so every result is too. My work is focused on balance, precision and results that complement the person in front of me — not changing what makes them look like themselves.

Take a look at some of the results achieved at Riverside. These show what was achieved for one person, not what is guaranteed for anyone else. All photographs are my own patients, taken in the same position and lighting before and after, shared with their permission and never retouched.

Before you book

Anything not covered here, just ask — I would rather answer it before you come in.

Yes. The consultation is free and carries no obligation to book treatment. If I don't think a treatment is right for you, I'll say so and you'll owe nothing.

Most people describe it as a brief sharp scratch or slight stinging rather than pain. I use very fine needles, and a topical anaesthetic cream or an ice pack is available if you'd like one. Any discomfort is short-lived and settles quickly.

Small raised bumps and redness at the injection sites usually settle within a few hours. Bruising is possible with any injection and can take several days to fade. Lips in particular can swell noticeably for 24–48 hours. I'd advise against booking within two weeks of a wedding or holiday.

It varies with the product, the area and your own metabolism. As a general guide, anti-wrinkle injections tend to last around three to four months, and hyaluronic acid fillers considerably longer. I'll give you a realistic expectation for your specific plan at consultation.

No. I do not provide injectable aesthetic treatment during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. I'm glad to see you for a consultation and plan ahead for afterwards.

You contact me directly and I see you. Complications from injectables are uncommon but they do happen, and managing them is exactly why medical training matters. I carry the products and protocols needed to reverse hyaluronic acid filler where that's clinically indicated.

Thinking about treatment?
Start with a conversation.

Book your consultation and let’s talk about what you’d like to achieve, what’s suitable for you and what your options look like.

I'll reply within one working day, and I'll only use these details to answer you. Please don't include medical details, conditions or medication here — I'll go through all of that properly, and privately, at your consultation.
